Dehradun – PCS officials of the state have termed the allegations being made in the matter of appointment of SDM Manish Bisht posted in Udham Singh Nagar as baseless and factless. He says that some people are trying to break the morale of the officers by making false allegations. Legal action should be taken against such people.
Let us tell you that Uttarakhand Unemployed Union President Bobby Panwar had alleged through a press conference yesterday that the appointment of SDM Manish Bisht was against the rules. They allege that the matter pertains to the earlier PCS examination of 2012, in which Manish Bisht was appointed to the post of SDM by the Public Service Commission despite the fact that there was no post of SDM for an ex-serviceman.
After these allegations of Bobby Panwar, PCS officers have come to a boil. Many PCS officers of the state have opened a direct front against the accusers. Looking at the angry attitude of the PCS officers, it seems that this matter may escalate further. The memorandum has signatures of several PCS officers including T S Martolia, Jaibharat Singh, Kaustubh Mishra, Naresh Durgapal, Shipra Joshi Pandey, Tushar Saini, Gaurav Pandey, Vivek Rai etc.
