A big weather update is coming in the coming days in Uttarakhand. Where conditions like rain and snowfall are awaited in the state since the month of December. But, the weather remains dry. Meanwhile, the weather department has predicted that the weather patterns may change from January 9.

The Meteorological Department has predicted rain across the state on January 9 due to the activation of Western Disturbance. After this there will be rain in the state. After the rain-like situation in many parts of Uttar Pradesh, its impact is expected to reach Uttarakhand also.

 

 

The Meteorological Department claims that there may be light to moderate rain in the hilly and plain areas on January 9 and 10. While there is also a possibility of snowfall on the higher peaks.

 

 

Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has also issued a yellow alert regarding fog. Due to lack of rain in the state for a long time, it is also affecting the crops. While farmers are waiting for rain, apple orchardists are also waiting for snowfall.

After the dry month of December, there has been no rain even in January due to which the crops are being affected.

 

According to the Meteorological Center, the temperature in the state will remain normal for the next five days. Yellow fog alert has been issued for 5 days in Udham Singh Nagar and Haridwar.

 

Dense fog may also occur in Dehradun, Champawat, Nainital and Pauri in the morning and evening. On Wednesday, the maximum temperature of Dehradun was 25.5

 

and the minimum temperature was 5.6 degrees Celsius. The weather is expected to remain similar in Dehradun on Thursday also.
