Uttarakhand: Doctor dies in road accident… creates chaos

Today a fierce clash broke out between two communities in Kirtinagar police station area. The vehicles were blown to pieces in the accident. While a doctor died. In this case, the Nuclear Police has taken the body into custody.

 

 

 

The cases are being investigated. Chief Medical Superintendent of Government Sub District Hospital, Srinagar, Dr. Neeraj Rai, 54, died in a road accident near Kirti Nagar on Rishikesh Badrinath National Highway. State Medical and Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat. Condolences have been expressed on the sudden demise of Dr. Rai, his car collided with a dumper coming from the opposite direction.

 

The front part of the crashed car entered under the truck. On getting information about the accident, the police also reached the spot and immediately took Dr. Rai to Base Hospital Srinagar, where the doctor declared him brought dead. Medical Superintendent of Base Hospital, Dr. Ajay Vikram said that Dr. Neeraj’s senior and head were injured. Local people informed the police about the accident. The police reached the spot after receiving the information and started investigating the matter.

 

 

The deceased has been identified as Dr. Neeraj Rai (54), son of Gorishankar Rai, resident of Hanumanthapuram. It is being told that after informing the relatives of the deceased about the accident, the body has been sent to the mortuary for post-mortem. The truck has been taken into custody. Also the driver has been detained. Further legal action will be taken once the complaint is received.
