After the uproar, the police arrested the woman and the man and the postmortem of the child’s body was conducted. The real story of this entire matter has now come to light. Police have said that prima facie the child did not die due to drowning.

 

 

 

 

In the viral video on social media, people are seen cursing the child’s parents while accusing them of killing him. After these videos went viral, Haridwar SP City Swatantra Kumar, in a press conference, denied that the child was killed by drowning. Police said that after the incident, postmortem of the body was conducted at 5 pm, where doctors said that the child had ‘no water in his lungs’ and he did not die due to drowning. There was stiffness in the child’s body.
