On Friday, during the morning parade being organized at Police Line Dehradun, Bugler Head Constable Jitendra Kumar, appointed at Police Line Doon, misbehaved with the officers present at the parade ground and tried to attack aggressively and also disrupted the parade by indiscipline. On this indiscipline of the bugler police personnel, the Senior Superintendent of Police suspended him with immediate effect and the investigation of the case has been handed over to the Superintendent of Police Traffic.  A case was registered against the police personnel under relevant sections by counter inspector Jagdish Chandra Pant, police line, at Nehru Colony police station. The accused policeman was arrested and presented before the court, the court sent the accused policeman to jail in judicial custody.

In the police line, the bugler (head constable who plays the bugle) misbehaved with the officers on his insistence on blowing the bugle in the first parade of the month. The accused head constable became so aggressive that he attacked the officers. SSP Ajay Singh present on the spot ordered to take him into immediate custody. After this, a case was registered against him and he was sent to jail on the orders of the court. As usual, there is a weekly parade in the Police Lines every Friday. Friday was the first parade of the month.

SSP Ajay Singh and other senior police officers of the district were present there to inspect it. The bugle is blown at the beginning and end of the parade. This responsibility has been given to the head constable Jitendra Kumar. After completion of 40 minutes, Jitendra Kumar had to announce the end of the parade by blowing the bugle. But, about 10 minutes before, he went to the officers and started asking them to blow the bugle. . On this the officials refused him and asked him to blow the bugle after the completion of the parade.

On this he clashed with the officials. It is alleged that he even put on the uniform of a senior police officer. Not only this, he also started attacking them. After this, SSP Ajay Singh ordered to take accused Jitendra Kumar into custody. After this, on the complaint of RI Jagdish Chandra Pant, a case was registered against him in Nehru Colony police station and he was arrested. The captain suspended Jitendra with immediate effect. Accused Jitendra Kumar was sent to jail on the orders of the court.
